best glass test in blender so far :)

Something different today.. after some excessive sessions with sketchup and finding out you can only export to google earth unless you pay 330 €, i thought why not go back to blender and play some.

Result:



i did not spend any time on texturing, its only about glas and to have the pics reflected. ;)

haha, yup. :) gotta love blender, but its not really fun with my machine, takes ages to render just that one frame.. i should hack sl to make it my personal renderfarm.. then i could do movies :)

very nice Mr. B ... I wanna see some un-symmetrical blends in sl though ! ?!?!?!? Maybe those are only done in Maya and the professional programs ?

un-symmetrical? wtf you mean by that? natural forms like stones and such?

also, this was blender only, not sculpted for sl.

with sculpties you have way more limits, but of course it is always easier to destroy a clear form and make it irregular, i don´t really get what you mean blunk ;)
